Return Policy

Return Terms and Conditions:


  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. We may try to inquire with the relevant department about your request and reply within three working days. The delivery date of the order will be delayed accordingly. Thank you for your support to LBS HK.
  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted after receiving the goods, except for the cases where you find that the goods are damaged after receiving (excluding incorrect use or man-made damage), quality problems, missing or wrongly delivered goods, etc., you may contact us returns or exchanges.
  • Return procedures take 14 working days to process (counted from the date of receipt of return notification).
  • If the goods or quantity of the goods do not match the order, please contact us immediately on the day of delivery.
  • In case of any dispute, LBS HK reserves the right of final decision. 
  • LBS HK reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
